Our Beef comes to us direct from Autumns Harvest Farm in the Finger Lakes area of NY State. Our Farmers, Tim and Sarah, are devoted to raising healthy animals from birth, with full access to open green pastures, with the highest level of animal husbandry.
As a Whole Animal Butcher, we are able to offer any cut, customized to your needs. Sometimes we run out of certain cuts, which is a part of our business model in utilizing the whole animal.
